EU Horizon Europe PREMIO COLLAB
The aim of the PREMIO COLLAB project is to prolong overall survival and to improve the quality of life for patients with metastatic breast cancer by providing refined guidance for the management of treatment response monitoring. Based on a pragmatic multicenter randomized clinical trial (RCT), the intervention of FDG-PET/CT-based monitoring will be compared with conventional CT as state-of-the-art. The objectives of the project are to analyze the impact of the intervention on overall survival and quality of life in patients with metastatic breast cancer and include cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses in order to directly inform HTA agencies and health policymakers.
The consortium of PREMIO COLLAB is led by Prof. Malene Grubbe Hildebrandt from the Department of Nuclear Medicine at the Odense University Hospital and consists of the following 13 partners in 7 European countries:
